  • We typically deliver your concept designs within 48 business hours. For more complex design requests, the timeframe may be longer. If you have a time-sensitive project, please let us know, and we will do our best to meet your deadline.
  • We are committed to ensuring you are 100% satisfied with your designs. You can request as many changes as needed until you achieve the perfect design.
  • You can submit and manage your requests through our online platform on Monday.com.
  • Yes, you can resell the designs we create for you. You will have full ownership and control over these designs, allowing you to sell them in any manner and at any price you choose.
  • There are no hidden fees in our design process. You will be charged a fixed monthly amount, which includes all taxes and fees.

  • Choosing the right plan can be a collaborative process. We are here to help you make the best decision. Schedule a call with us, and our team will be happy to discuss your requirements. What is considered an “Active Task”?
  • A task is considered active as long as a designer or developer is actively working on it. Once the task is submitted for approval, it will be managed by your account manager. At this point, the designer will mark it as “submitted for approval” and move on to the next active task. They will return to the original task if you request revisions.
  • We understand the importance of meeting deadlines. If you have an urgent request, please speak with your account manager, and we will do our best to expedite your project.
  • You can request unlimited revisions from your designer.
  • The more detailed your request, the better. Please include information about the size, orientation, format, colours, inspiration designs, and text copy. You can also upload any screenshots of designs you like.

    Note: All text copy must be submitted at the time of the request. We will not make any changes to the provided copy.
  • Your monthly payment will be processed via credit or debit card through Stripe, our payment provider. The initial payment will be taken by credit card on our website.
